Wedding weekend

Finally this week is over. I worked five days for a total of 45 hours.

The most exciting thing was the heavy lifting i did. Who needs core? Just kidding but I got some good arm work in.

I’m taking today off, because i have been so exhausted lately. But tomorrow is back at it.

I am going to start running bright and early and then start taking naps so I dont miss anymore training and to make sure I recover enough.

Some trouble sleeping

Today was 50 hard. Like I said I wanted to run my ass off and I did.

I stayed up late last night to watch indoor track on tv it was nice, just late.

And now I found out news about a very good friend. And all I can say is its weird how the world works, how things in the end change. The means to the end are different but a similar and same end.

Makes me wonder, a lot.

Wish me well on sleeping. I hope I am not to stuck on the concepts of the world and the powers that make it spin.

Pissed.

Tried to switch my drivers license from one state to another. First rmv we went to, the computers were down. Second one seemed to be ok minus tge fact that the first teller we saw wouldnt take my mom and me so we had to write two checks and her screwed up her voting registration and forgot the motorcycle option on her’s and she cannot be an organ donor for medical reasons (cancer) and the guy put on hers that she was. Then the woman helping me some how put down that I needed corrective lenses when i drive and i dont… fucking a. I have to work tomorrow which means I cant fix it. Pissed. I could use a long, hard, make you cry run I am so mad.
